• Baolida ASA resin tile super weatherability functional film is made from ASA engineering plastics. The products have excellent weatherability, UV resistance and aging resistance, and have super high toughness. The traditional synthetic tile is produced by co-extrusion process between ASA and PVC. Due to the high requirement for equipment, mould, raw and auxiliary materials, formula and process conditions, the production process is complex, and it is easy to produce uneven coating and scratching easily.   

• ASA film effectively solves the above problems. After laminating the film, the surface of Resin Roof Tile is smooth, scratch free, glossy, and smooth. The film color is easier to replace, uniform thickness, simple operation, less waste, and need no drying. It solves the defects in traditional co-extrusion process and reduces production cost.
